Our Body The Label wants you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We understand you may want to occasionally return items because they're not quite right for you. For those times, here's what we can do for you.

RETURN POLICY 

Return for Store Credit Only(No exchanges)

Follow the instructions within our return portal to return eligible items. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery. Once submitted, a prepaid return label will be sent via email. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval date. Any packages returned to our warehouse outside of the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please ensure conditions below are met before returning. 

Our Body The Label does not offer complimentary RMA's (return labels). Once your return has been received at the warehouse, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only with the label fee deducted. Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received.

In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired at the time of processing return. We currently only offer store credit for returns only!

Conditions

Security hang tags must be attached to all returned items. If the security hang tag is not attached, the item will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Items must be in their original condition.

*Hosiery/mesh tights are non returnable*

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant or any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charge, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from the original price of the item and credited for the remaining balance. Please note that items sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only top/bottom is received, the package will be refused.

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Sales and Clearance Items

Items purchased at a discount of 40% off or more of full price are Final Sale and can not be returned. Promotions such as BOGO, are considered final sale and not allowed to be returned. Clearance and/or items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return. All items in $15 sale category are considered final sale items. 

Note: Should you choose to return a Final Sale item, Our Body The Label reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee so long as the item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in a resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Goods

At Our Body The Label, we take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.

International Orders

Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
